John Frieda Full Repair

January 6, 2014

I’ve said it in the past…since having children my hair has changed and not in a good way. It’s become pretty dry and brittle (don’t let the shine fool you) it’s far from soft!

I was recently introduced to some new John Frieda products that have been such a godsend for my hair. I have been using these over the last few months and the difference in my hair is already becoming clear.

What are these magic products you say? Well let me show you!

First we have the Repairing Oil Elixir – an innovative oil which is infused with substantial levels of omega 3 (47 times more than what you’ll find in Argan oil). The  repairing elixir reduces breakage and creates visibly repaired, smooth and more manageable hair without weighing it down. Essential, highly unsaturated fatty acids create a smooth and flexible film, wrapping broken stands to strengthen and replenish creating a natural barrier to heat damage.

Next up I have the Hydrate + Rescue Deep Conditioner infuses hair with rich moisture to instantly improve the look and feel of damage; hair is 90% smoother in just one use.  The lightweight, non-greasy formula quenches dry, damaged hair repairing the look and feel of over styled hair, reducing the risk of breakage, for the ultimate in softness and shine.

What did I think?

Well, I’m not normally one to use oils in my hair (just because I always thought it would make it just that ‘OILY’) but it really doesn’t. Even after the first use I could tell a difference and now, over a month later my hair is silky and manageable and much much less brittle ( YEY!!)

The Hydrate + Rescue Deep Conditioner really is the magic potion in a bottle product. You read that little bit about 90% smoother in just one use right? Well guess what? It’s TRUE! If hair could talk I think it would have thanked me after using this.

Both of these combined have really altered how my hair feels and looks and I’m sure it’s grown more over the past month than it normally does (that may just be my mind playing tricks though)

If you have any reason to use either or even both of these then please do! I would highly recommend them 🙂
