5 A Day Box Review

November 5, 2012

I would like to share another food box company with you today. 5 A Day aren’t just the normal fruit and vegetable box company, they also deliver meat, breads, cakes, dairy produce and more!

About

All of their boxes are recyclable. If you chose to have your delivery in the disposable cardboard box they will dispose of the empty box for you if you leave it for them to pick up when they deliver your next box! Plus all their leaflets are printed on 100% recycled paper using non-toxic vegetable-based inks.

What we thought

5 A Day is the perfect way to have great quality food without the stress of sourcing it yourself. I love that it helps out local farmers and gives them the opportunity to sell their produce. It’s great that you can get such a large choice of  products including meat, poultry, dairy, chutney, fruit, veg, bread, cakes and more.

All their products were super fresh and really great tasting. We made so many yummy meals with everything.

5 A Day Boxes start from just £9.95 for fruit and veg and meat boxes from £19.00.

I will be trying more from them! Love the look of their bread boxes.

Check out the recipes that you can make with their lovely produce. Follow them on Facebook and Twitter.
