Amelia, my baby girl, how are you 9 months old. I know I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again, the last 9 months has just gone by so fast and I can’t believe that in just 3 months you will be celebrating your first birthday.
You’er growing so quickly and learning one new thing after another.
This last month you have been really obsessed with my mum and have constantly been saying Nana when you see her till you get her attention and then giving her the hugest and cutest smiles.
Your Baby Led Weaning is going AMAZING! You have developed the perfect pincer grasp and are enjoying your food more and more each day and still love your fruit and veg but get really happy and giggly when you have pork or chicken. Breast milk is still your main food source but you do seem to have cut out 2 feeds which is giving us about an extra hour to play each day.
You are getting so much stronger, you can sit up all by yourself now. You still don’t really crawl but your getting much stronger while standing with support but are not yet trying to take any steps, you just like to push and and stand while looking around. All you want to do is sit up and peek at me while I’m doing something (cleaning after your brother mainly).
A hugely cute thing has started in the last few days. If I kiss you and say kiss mummy you smack your lips against my cheek, arm or any park that you can get to and kiss me…it’s adorable and melts me.
