Charlotte Tilbury Colour Chameleon Eyeshadow Pencils

I always like the idea of doing my makeup so that it complements my eye colour and Charlotte Tilbury has made doing so just about 100 times easier for us all. As soon as I got the press release for her Colour Chameleon Eyeshadow Pencils I knew I had to get my hands on some.

The Charlotte Tilbury Colour Chameleon Eyeshadow Pencils are designed to bring the best out of your eye colour, giving them the ut-most sparkle and definition.

With eight Colour Chameleon Eyeshadow Pencils in total there are two for each eye colour (blue, green, hazel and brown) so that you can have a day and night look. The colours are;

Blue eyes – Champagne Diamonds and Black Diamonds
Green eyes – Bronzed Garnet and Amethyst Aphrodisiac
Hazel eyes – Golden Quartz and Smokey Emerald
Brown eyes – Dark Pearl and Amber Haze

As far as formula and consistency goes – I really think these are probably the smoothest and creamiest Eyeshadow Pencils I own or have even used. They apply so smoothly without any tugging to the skin. They dry nicely so they don’t smudge throughout the day and I’m pretty happy to report that they apply perfectly right out of the stick (although I do like to go in and blend the edges out with a small brush).

The only thing I’m a little sad about (and I don’t think I’m alone on this) is that you need to sharpen them. I wish they had a twist up action instead to save on product wastage but in all honesty, it won’t stop me from adding more colours to my collection.

Oh and guys one last thing, don’t be scared about switching the colours up and only using the ones for your eye colour. I have green eyes but own Champagne Diamonds and it looks beautiful.
