I was recently contacted by Creative Nature who after reading some of my health and fitness posts wanted to see if I’d like to try out some of their healthy goodies.
Of course I said yes after having a look over their website and seeing all of their delicious looking raw, organic, vegan and packed with superfoods.
Creative Nature sent me four amazing Superfood Bars to try out which are: Heavenly Cacao, Blissful Berry, Tropical Treat and Sublime Seed. I wanted to share a little low-down on each one with you all so let’s jump right in!
Tropical Treat – A tropical fruit salad in 1 bar. The Tropical Treat bar is full of loads of moreish Dried fruits which are pear, pineapple, papaya and apricots, they all go so well together and make it taste super sweet and gives it a lovely chewy texture. You also get a lovely bit of heat from the added ginger.
Heavenly Cacao – This is just like a real chocolate brownie but with a little added crunch and bite which comes from all the yummy added cacao nibs. Totally delectable and satisfies even the worst of chocolate cravings without all the added calories and sugars.
Blissful Berry bar – Sweet and healthy wrapped into one seriously delicious berry flavoured bar. If anyone is like me and loves all kinds of berries then you will LOVE this!
Sublime Seed – This is my go to bar after a good workout as it’s full of hemp protein powder and peanuts which gives me a great boost when I’m tired from working out. Although this doesn’t taste like chocolate I think this is easily my favourite bar out of the four.
As well as these glorious bars, Creative Nature has a variety of other amazing goodies such as Goji Berries, Wheat Grass, Honey, Organic Cacao Powder and so much more.
