Hey guys, so today I’m back with my results from the first week of my Bulk Powders 30 Day Challenge and I have to say, just for being 1 week in I’m pretty happy with how well i’m doing so far!

If you remember I said I’m not going to be weighing myself so here are my measurements instead.

Week 1 measurements:

Bust: 36
Waist: 26
Hips: 33.5
Left Arm: 11.5
Right Arm: 11.8
Left Thigh: 23.5
Right Thigh: 23

Total Loss This Week:

2.7 Inches
