Raspberry White Chocolate Mugcake With Fitnessguru Protein Powder

February 8, 2014

I’ve just made one of the most amazing mugcakes I’ve ever had and I wanted to share it with you as it’s just too good to keep to myself.

Ingredients:

-1 scoop Raspberry White Chocolate protein powder from Fitnessguru
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-1 tbsp Spelt flour
-50ml almond milk (you could use hazelnut milk, normal milk or water if you want)
-2 egg whites

What to do:

Mix all of the ingredients together in your desired mug (or bowl). Microwave for 1 minute (for a nice light spongy texture). I served mine with some Greek yoghurt and grapes but you could put anything you want with it or even just eat it by itself.

You should try some Casein to make your mugcake next time – they are so delish with the fitnessguru cookie dough flavour and turn out really fluffy and just yum.
