Well guys, here is my last workout installment…ABS!!!!!
This workout consists of 9 sets of movements back to back. 10 reps for each movement and then repeat 3 times.
Knee Touch
Elbow Push-up
Dogging Cobra
Soldier Crawl
Butt-Ups
Hovers
Single Leg Spider-man
Plank Butt Pulse
Plank
