My Rock Hard Ab Workout

Well guys, here is my last workout installment…ABS!!!!!


This workout consists of 9 sets of movements back to back. 10 reps for each movement and then repeat 3 times.

Knee Touch
Elbow Push-up
Dogging Cobra
Soldier Crawl
Single Leg Spider-man
Plank Butt Pulse

If you don’t know what any of these movements are then a quick google search with help you out!
