I’ve always dreamt of renting out a huge old house and having all the family together over the christmas week.
Something about old houses with walk in fireplaces, tall ceilings, wooden staircases and period features that makes me feel so christmasy.
I imagine having a massive christmas tree surrounded with presents in the entrance, people singing songs in the living room and snuggling down by a fire with a hot chocolate and reminiscing on the old times with all your family members.
I like to look at places to stay so that one day we will have found the perfect place to stay with the family over christmas. I found an infographic of 5 top english getaways and wanted to share it with you all.
