Wedding Wednesdays: Wick and Tallow Floral Collection – scenting your wedding day

I’m pretty excited about this post as I get to combine some of my favourite thigs; candles and weddings.

You may remember a post I wrote quite some time ago on a luxury candle company called Wick and Tallow. If you haven’t read it yet then you can find it here and you can find out lots about the company in the post.

They were recently ever so sweet to me and sent over two candles from there new Floral Collection for me to try out for the wedding section of my blog and oh my goodness they are so beautiful.

The Wick and Tallow Floral Collection is made up of four stunning scent combinations mixed into the whitest of wax and encased in the most elegant white glass jars (they are seriously a treat for the eyes and the nose).

Being floral these new candles are perfect for weddings. They would be perfect for the bride to light while getting ready and as they come in a smaller 9cl votive they would make stunning Wedding Favours for all of your guests.

The four scents in the Floral Collection are:

English Rose & Amber – A unique and compelling fusion of great depth and warmth that reveals and defines its individual character. Notes: Bergamot, Fresh Spicy notes, Lily, Lilac, Carnation, Hyacinth, White Rose, Sandalwood, Musk and Vetyver

Sweet Pea & Peony – A rich and intense mixture emboldened by deeper woody notes. Our Sweet Pea & Peony candle has a truly exotic character ideal for steering your thoughts to far away lands and great adventures. Notes: Bergamot, Pink Pepper, Sweet Pea, Peony, Pink Rose, Patchouli, Cedarwood and Balsam

White Rose & Eucalyptus – A wonderfully fragrant array of classic florals blended to eloquently convey the freshness of springtime. Sweet and reviving, our White Rose & Eucalyptus candle perfectly sets the tone for long evenings and lazy weekends. Notes: Lemon, Eucalyptus, Fresh Green Herbs, White Rose, lily, Musk and precious Woods

As I mentioned, I have two of these; Sweet Pea & Peony and White Rose & Eucalyptus. They are both so gorgeous I think I must have spent about 10 minutes smelling them when they arrived and as hard as it will be I really want to keep one back for my own wedding.

The Wick and Tallow Floral Collection is available to two sizes; 9cl for £18 which has a burn time of 22 hours and 30cl for £35 which has a burn time for 50 hours.
