You guys know that I love sharing new things with you and when it’s got something to do with a nut butter (or in this case, more than one) then they’ll be absolutely no stopping me.
Since becoming focused on fitness and nutrition this year I have started tracking my macros and understanding what my foods are composed of, this thought might scare a few people. However with a little research it’s actually really easy to do and before you ask, no, it doesn’t mean you have to stop eating the yummy things (like nut butters).
Did you know that nut butters are actually pretty good for you? They’re an awesome source of protein and have really great amounts of carbs and good fats. Just take a look at this infographic from MyProtein on nut butters.

Don’t they sound super yummy?
