Jade is the newest fragrance by Yardley London. It’s a retro-inspired, fresh and elegant, green floral chypre which is said to capture the spirit of the ‘swinging sixties’. “Fruity, aromatic green top notes of peach, bergamot and galbanum blend with an airy floral bouquet heart of rose, jasmine, ylang-ylang and orris, delicately wrapped up in base notes of patchouli, sandalwood and moss.”
I love the scent, I find it’s light, fresh, clean and very easy to wear. It’s going to be perfect for summer this year.
As you can see from the bottle, it’s elegant and very appealing to look at. I think it’s prefect for younger people and is the perfect start for Yardley London’s new direction into the 21st century (they launched back in 1770 you know!).
Yardley London Jade Eau de Toilette is just £19.99 for a 50ml bottle which I think is a wonderful price (you’d think it would be far more expensive from the looks alone) and I’d say it’s definitely worth buying.
It is available nationwide from Boots, Lloyds, Sainsburys and the Yardley London website.
